Birthday schedule and instructions
This is how birthdays work in Megazone
All participants must arrive in Megazone 15 minutes before the first game starts for instructions and payment. Outdoor clothes are stored in the equipment room during the games. It is mandatory to wear shoes in the game arena, so we recommend bringing comfortable outdoor or indoor shoes. Lockers are available for valuables.
Before the games begin, all participants will watch an instruction video in either Finnish or English. If the children do not speak Finnish or English we recommend watching our instruction video online and translating it to the children before arriving. You can find the instruction video here. After the instructions all open or private games included in the birthday package are played in a row.
Please notice, that there can be other players participating in the open games. The teams are decided by our game operators to make the games fun and fair for all participants. We might have to divide the birthday groups apart in order to achieve the best outcome. You may of course express wishes regarding the teams!
After the laser games it is time to party. After finishing the final game, the group proceeds to their own party room to enjoy the party menu and to compare their score cards. The party room is reserved for 45 minutes after which the party ends. Basic cleaning is included in the birthday packages but intentionally caused mess must be cleaned before leaving.

Gathering
All guests attending the party must arrive 15 minutes before the booking starts.

Game instructions
Preparing for a game. Instructions, putting the gear on, forming teams.

Laser games
Game on! Playing open or private laser tag games, one open game lasts for 22 minutes. The length of private games can vary. There is a small break between the games.

Catering
Enjoying birthday menus in the party room after the games end. The children can present their gifts and compare their score cards from the games.
The party room is in the group’s use for 45 minutes, after which the party ends. Basic cleaning is included in the birthday packages but intentionally caused mess must be cleaned before leaving.
