Terms and conditions

Reservations are binding. Possible cancellations are to be made 7 days before the event.

For open games, the number of people in your group can be changed up until 72 hours before the event. Please note that increasing the number of players is possible only if there are free spots left in the game.

Private game reservations can be updated online more than 7 days before the event. In case you need to make any changes to your reservation less than 7 days before your private event, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

In case of a cancellation less than 7 days before the event, 50 % of the price will be charged.

In case of a same-day cancellation or a no-show, the whole price will be charged.

In open games, -10 % change in the number of people is accepted. Possible increase in the number of players must always be confirmed beforehand.

Caterings and preordered additional services will always be fully charged according to the confirmed reservation.

The total amount of your event is charged upon arrival. We accept cash, most common debit/credit cards, Visa Electron, Smartum card and exercise and culture vouchers (liikunta- and kulttuuriseteli), Edenred vouchers for sport and cultural benefit, TYKY-vouchers, ePassi and our gift cards.

Billing option is only available for registered corporations. Please send us your billing address, business ID (y-tunnus) and possible reference numbers in advance. We reserve the right to check companies’ credit rating during the invoice processing.

Please make sure your group arrives at Megazone 15 minutes before the reservation begins.

In case someone is missing or can’t participate
