Laser games

Open or private games according to your reservation.

There can be other players participating in the open games. The teams are decided by our game operators to make the games fun and fair for all participants. We might have to divide the birthday groups apart in order to achieve the best outcome. You may of course express wishes regarding the teams!

Party room

Decorated party room. You will receive the room at latest 15 minutes before the laser games end. The party room is reserved for 45 minutes after the games. Basic cleaning is included, but intentionally caused mess must be cleaned before leaving.

Party menus

Chosen birthday menu with disposable cutlery. Choose your favorite option from the party menus. You can also bring your own cake and additional snacks if you want. Please let us know if you are about to bring your own cake in the additional details so we can prepare extra spoons and plates.

Party schedule

The total duration is calculated from the moment participants arrive in Megazone. All participants must arrive in Megazone 15 minutes before the first game starts for instructions and payment.

After instructions all open or private games included in the birthday package are played in a row.

After the laser games it is time to party. After finishing the final game, the group proceeds to their own party room to enjoy the party menu and to compare their score cards. The party room is reserved for 45 minutes after which the party ends.

Question 1: Can the catering be in between or before the games? Why is the catering always at the end?

A: Catering is served after all of the games have been played because Megazone is an active game. According to our own experience eating with a full stomach full of sweets can easily cause nauseousness.

Question 2: When do the parties begin and end? When can we use the party room?

A: All participants must arrive and in Megazone 15 minutes before the first game (games start every half an hour) for check-in, going through the party schedule and preparing for the game.

You will receive the party room 15 minutes before the last game ends for final preparations. After the game has ended, you have 45 minutes in the party room before the party ends.

Question 3: Can I bring my own cake or other snacks?

A: Absolutely! Our catering menus include plenty of snacks, but you are welcome to bring in for example your own cake. We will set extra plates and spoons upon request. You may also bring completely your own catering and just book the party room.

Question 4: Can parents join the game?

A: We have limited capacity so everyone needs to have book their own spot. You may book a different number of game spots and catering, if one or more guardians wants to join the game but does not necessarily need the snacks.

Question 5: How are the teams selected? Can the birthday group be in the same team?

A: The teams are selected by our game operators from all the participants. We might have to divide the birthday groups in to smaller parts to make the games fun and fair for all participants. No one will ever have to play alone and you may of course express wishes regarding the teams!

Question 6: Can I change the number of participants after reservation?

A: We recommend starting by booking enough spots for everyone including the birthday hero. You can make changes to the number of participants online until 3 days (72 hours) before the event. Please notice that increasing the number of participants is possible only if there are free spots left in the game. Final cancellations due to children suddenly getting sick can be made the day before the party by contacting our customer service.

Question 7: What to do if the birthday hero gets sick?

A: The reservation can be cancelled free of charge 7 days before the birthday party. If the birthday hero gets sick less than a week before the party, the reservation can be moved once free of charge. After moving the reservation cannot be cancelled free of charge anymore despite being more than 7 days away.
